1. Services Provided
Golden Hour Home Cleaning provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services. The specific scope of work is determined at the time of booking based on the service package selected (Standard, Deep, Relocation, or Hospitality).
2. Booking and Payments
All bookings must be made through our official channels. Payments are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards and digital payments. A cancellation fee may apply if service is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
3. Access to Property: Clients must provide reliable access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team is locked out, a service fee may be charged.
4. Liability and Insurance: Golden Hour Home Cleaning is fully licensed and insured. While we take the utmost care, we are not liable for pre-existing damage. Claims must be reported within 24 hours.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee: Your satisfaction is our priority. If not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to address specific areas at no additional cost.
